The ‘Island Bar’ in the auditorium, next to the viewing area, has a split hatch of accessible height, our staff will be happy to assist you. 

Ticketmaster is our official booking partner, selling tickets for all Academy Music Group venues in the UK.

You can also book in person at the venue box office.

Our box office is in the entrance foyer, from street level. We have a lowered counter and an induction loop.

We have bars, a cloakroom to leave your stuff and if you’re visiting us for the first time, just ask any of our friendly staff to show you the way. Please try and travel light as cloakroom facilities are limited, so if you really need to bring a bag, please make sure that it is small (laptop size or small handbag).

There’s an accessible toilet to the rear of the auditorium which staff will provide access to if needed. Other toilets are available in the same area.

If there is merchandise for sale, you’ll find it inside the auditorium.

We have a medics room at the front of the venue if you require any assistance or a private area at any point, please just speak to a member of our staff. Any particular requirements can of course be asked in confidence, in advance. Just get in touch.
